4인 걸그룹 걸스데이(소진 유라 민아 혜리)가 올 가을엔 팀이 아닌 솔로 가수를 출격시켜 팬들과 만난다.

걸스데이 측은 최근 스타뉴스에 “걸스데이 멤버 중 한 명은 오는 11월께 신곡을 내고 솔로 가수 활동을 할 것”이라며 “어떤 멤버가 솔로 곡으로 팬들 앞에 설 지를 놓고 현재 논의 중”이라고 밝혔다.

걸스데이 측은 이어 “걸스데이 멤버의 솔로 가수 활동은 올 3월부터 7월 말 사이 연속 발표한 ‘기대해’ ‘여자대통령’ ‘말해줘요’ 등에 큰 사랑을 보내 준 팬들에 대한 보답 차원”이라며 “지금도 걸스데이 멤버 중 한 명의 솔로 곡을 열심히 준비 중”이라며 팬들의 관심을 당부했다.

걸스데이는 한 멤버의 솔로 가수 활동이 끝난 뒤에는 다시 그룹 활동에 몰두할 예정이다.

걸스데이는 올 상반기 ‘기대해’와 ‘여자대통령’을 연속 히트 시키며 대세 걸스룹 중 한팀으로 우뚝 섰다.

또한 멤버 중 민아는 SBS ‘인기가요’의 MC를 맡고 있고, 유라는 MBC 에브리원 시트콤 ‘무작정 패밀리 시즌3’에 출연 중하는 등 걸스데이는 현재 개인 활동도 활발히 하고 있다.

한편 최근 ‘말해줘요’ 활동을 끝낸 걸스데이는 올 추석 연휴에는 모처럼 만에 휴식을 취하며 가족과 함께 시간을 보낼 예정이다.
