[NEWS] 150625 Girl’s Day Hyeri Transforms into the lovely ‘Fairy’ Audrey Hepburn for Comeback Teaser!
Dream Tea Entertainment has intrigued from the start with Girl’s Day’s ‘Ring My Bell’ teasers! Girl’s Day continues to build momentum for their comeback with the release of Hyeri’s teaser. Hyeri’s look is inspired by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, based loosely on the book by Truman Capote. Hyeri is elegantly dressed as her character Holly Golightly, donning a tiara and effortlessly looking like royalty with her classy and chic style.
Audrey Hepburn is one of the most influential actresses of the late 20th century, and gained the reputation of ‘Fairy of the Century’. Hepburn was an inspiration on screen and off, especially notable are her endeavors as a Goodwill Ambassador of UNICEF. She was passionate about enjoying life and giving to others, truly an inspiration as a fairy godmother to the community.
Girl’s Day’s official twitter revealed Hyeri’s “Ring My Bell” teaser as the third individual album cover. A Dream Tea representative said, “Hyeri had said that she wanted to be like Audrey Hepburn, so we have attempted to transform her into Audrey Hepburn. She is working hard and doing her best in a variety of areas including acting and singing. Hyeri injured her heel two weeks ago and is wearing a plaster cast now. Yesterday, a photo of her wearing a cast surfaced to the public and many people were worried. But now, she has gotten much better and there will be no hindrance on their comeback.”
The members’ individual teasers have thus far been iconic women throughout history. Minah transformed into Olivia Hussey as ‘Juliet’, Sojin became the ‘Queen of Pop’ Madonna and Hyeri as the ‘Fairy of the Century’ Audrey Hepburn. What will Yura’s concept be for her album cover? Girl’s Day has shown us a complete transformation leaving us anticipating the release of the group teaser, and how it will relate to these four unique themes.
Girl’s Day will release their Love Second Full-length album on July 6th at noon and they will promote the album through a comeback showcase.
